You may also advertise the property yourself. If a Buyer is found by you without a help of any cooperating broker, then NO commission is paid (only if the Buyer has no broker or agent representing him). ... if you do find the buyer yourself, you can save up to 6% ... yet you will have the MLS and online marketing exposure as homes listed for full commission with other brokers!

Please, note that due to recent attempted misuse of our services, starting October 25th, 2006, any owner/seller may be required to submit a copy of his/her driver's license/ID or a proof of ownership of the property in order for the listing agreement to be processed and the property listed on the market.
We will be offering our Flat Fee Services on a limited basis only ... however, we do offer a variety of flexible discount listing options that may serve your needs even better!
